In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bet10," "we," "us," "our" refers to the bet10 platform and its operating entity, accessible at bet10.one.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the bet10 platform or accesses any bet10 service.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the bet10 platform.
• "Platform" means the bet10 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming services available at bet10.one.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, slot machines, sports betting, and any other wagering products offered through the bet10 platform.
• "Funds" means the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) balance held in a Player's bet10 account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by bet10 to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that oversees licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws.

To be eligible to register and use the bet10 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of bet10, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a bet10 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. bet10 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active bet10 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet10 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

You agree to notify bet10 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. bet10 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. bet10 reserves the right to treat all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account as having been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to such activity.

You must keep your registered contact information — including your email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times. bet10 uses these details for account verification, transaction notifications, and responsible gaming communications.

All transactions on the bet10 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bet10 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya / Maya e-wallet
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit, not credit)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. bet10 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering obligations.

bet10 will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit into the account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

bet10 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Sports betting contributions vary by market. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse: bet10 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. bet10 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games offered on the bet10 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

bet10 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to the rules of the respective live studio provider. All games are independently audited for fairness.

bet10 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed:

• As a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or system fault on the bet10 platform.
• After an event has already concluded or a game outcome has already been determined.
• In circumstances where bet10 reasonably believes the Player had access to information not available to the general public at the time the bet was placed.
• In breach of any applicable game rules or these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sports bet, bet10's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state and outcome. bet10 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. bet10 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet10 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such discovery must be reported to bet10 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any bet10 software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet10 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

All content on the bet10 platform — including but not limited to the bet10 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet10 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bet10 content without prior written consent.
• Use the bet10 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any bet10 content or software.
• Use any bet10 content for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of bet10 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bet10.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet10 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime beyond bet10's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions.
• Any reliance on information published on the bet10 platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

The bet10 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bet10 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude bet10's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

bet10 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after logging in:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bet10 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bet10 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

bet10 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including but not limited to: unusual betting patterns, requests for self-exclusion followed by attempts to re-register, or direct communications indicating distress.

bet10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player against bet10.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the Player.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, bet10 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Where termination is not due to Player fault, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting bet10 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The bet10 platform operates under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bet10 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bet10 customer support. bet10 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bet10 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

bet10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bet10 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the bet10 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
